Using "Bulk Add Screens" to Add Multiple Screens

Getting Started

Your can add screens in bulk by using the file upload box above.
Drag and drop your file or click “Browse Files” to begin.
For best results, use the provided sample template and follow the formatting notes carefully.

Allowed file types: .csv only.

IdeaWe recommend always starting with the sample template for maximum compatibility. Importing the same CSV file multiple times may result in duplicate screens or players. Please confirm the accuracy of your data, and ensure each CSV import only contains new entries before uploading.

Screen Name

Required. Unique screen identifier. Example: Lobby Display 01

Type

Recommended. Supported values include ADSlide, TouchPlus, WayTouch, VideoWall and others. 

License

Recommended. Assign a license explicitly.

Player Setting

Recommended. Must exactly match an existing Player Setting name. If blank or invalid, the default Player Setting in Web Manager will be applied.

Registration Code On Screen

Recommended. Used for automatic Player linking. Enter the registration code shown on the player’s screen. 

Mac Address

Optional. Alternative identifier for automatic Player linking (used by Dedicated Server / Enterprise deployments). Format: 00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E.

WLAN IP Address

Optional. Alternative identifier for automatic Player linking (Dedicated Server / Enterprise only). Example: 192.168.1.25.


License Assignment Rules

  1. To assign a valid license to your screen, at least one of the following must be provided: Type or License.
  2. If you provide Type only and leave License blank, the system will randomly allocate an available license based on the specified type.
  3. If you provide License only and leave Type blank, the system will automatically determine the Screen type according to the License type.
  4. If neither Type nor License is provided, the record will be skipped.

Player Linking Rules

  1. To link a Player during bulk adding process, at least one of the following must be provided: Registration Code, Mac Address, or WLAN IP Address.
  2. If none are provided, screens will be created without linked players and you can manually link them later.
  3. Share Cloud users: only Registration Code is supported.
  4. Dedicated Server / Enterprise users: Mac Address and WLAN IP Address may also be used.

Alert
Linking screens via Mac Address and WLAN IP Address is not available at this time and will be supported in a future update.

Confirm Results

After you click Next to confirm and complete the import, a summary of your bulk add results will appear.

  • Success — The screens were added successfully and will be available in Web Manager.

  • Failed — The screen could not be added due to issues such as invalid license or incorrect registration code.

  • Skipped — No license was available to assign at the time of import.

Notes For any screens that failed or were skipped, update your CSV file with the correct information and re-upload to complete the process.
